We've collected our favorite dishes and recipes from home and our travels abroad, and we're proud to serve these true to form, made with natural ingredients obtained as locally as we can manage. Our food is cooked so as to bring out the natural flavors and textures of the ingredients--give it a try without any extra sauce first, you might be surprised at how good it is.
